Earlier this afternoon (August 20, Thursday), Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) bridge a portion of it collapsed due to a landslide caused by Typhoon Maring.
Wow. So much for what we call a high end, public expressway. And take note this is the Philippines longest expressway. As far as I know, the government allotted a big amount of money for our highways, roads and bridges. So if we allotted a big money for this then how come the bridge collapsed? Why? Because they didn't really put all the money in that project, they put some of the money in their pockets. Tsk Tsk. hiding something from the filipinos won't last long it will still be revealed in some ways. One example is the SCTEX failure, now it is impassable causing the motorists to find a longer route so that they can manage to travel Clark South going to Porac. Corruption can lead to this. What if this occurred while a motorist is traveling the expressway, then they fell, drowned and of course died. You stole the Filipino money and also become a murderer. Tsk so much for violating the law.
Hey official wake up! What happened to SCTEX is just a wake up call, you are lucky no one died there. I hope San Pedro will still accept you in heaven. This is just one of the future effects of your twitchy palms from stealing the money for the Filipinos.
